Warranty
By following the maintenance program recommended by FG Gubellini srl, you will receive a lifetime warranty on the product.
FG Gubellini offers a basic warranty for its shock absorbers lasting 2 years from the date of purchase (see warranty certificate).
The basic warranty is limited to the free replacement of components deemed defective by the Company, which will be replaced or repaired at the Company’s sole discretion.
FG Gubellini is not responsible, either under or outside of this warranty, for any damage (to people, things, or animals) resulting from improper or inappropriate use of the shock absorbers, or for any use not authorized by the motorcycle manufacturer.
FG Gubellini also reserves the right to examine the parts that may be the subject of any warranty claims, requesting that they be shipped at the customer’s expense and risk.
In the event of technical problems that require a simple solution, FG Gubellini will simply provide the necessary instructions and explanations.
